WAIMH2021ハイブリッドはどのように開催されますか？
WAIMH 2021 Hybrid - How will it work?
WAIMH2021は、2021/6/22-26に開催され、オーストラリアのブリズベンでの対面と仮想オンライン（双方向性とオンデマンド両方）を組み合わせたハイブリッドな学術集会になります。COVID-19とオーストラリア政府の渡航制限の結果として、オーストラリア居住者とおそらくニュージーランドからの渡航者だけが対面参加できる可能性があります。
WAIMH 2021 will be held from 22 – 26 June 2021 and will be a Hybrid Congress – a blend of in-person in Brisbane, Australia and virtual on-line (both interactive and on-demand). As a consequence of COVID-19 and Australian government restrictions on travel, it is likely that only Australian residents and possibly travellers from New Zealand will be able to attend in-person.
もし渡航が許可されたら、Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centreにて学術集会ライブに出席することでWAIMH2021に参加することができます。渡航できない方は、自宅かオフィスから仮想空間（オンライン）でWAIMH2021に参加することができます。
WAIMH2021のハイブリッド形式は、以前よりもさらに多くの人々が参加できる機会を生み出します。WAIMH2021に直接参加する予定でなかった方々も仮想参加者として登録を検討することをお勧めします。
If travel allows, you can participate in WAIMH 2021 by attending the Congress live in Brisbane at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. For those unable to travel, you can participate in WAIMH 2021 virtually (on-line) from your home or office.
The Hybrid format of WAIMH 2021 creates an opportunity for even more people to participate than before. We encourage those who may not have attended WAIMH 2021 in person, to consider registration as a virtual attendee.
プログラムはどのような仕組みになっていますか？
How will the program work?
WAIMH2021におけるプログラムは、現在（2020年に）受理され、予定されたすべての発表／発表演題で構成されています。唯一違うことは、WAIMH2021ハイブリッド形式が真に世界規模の学術会議となることを保障するために、さまざまなタイム・ゾーンからのすべての参加者に対して、プログラムが提供される方法です。
WAIMH2021大会におけるプログラムは、以下の3種類の形に分類されます。
WAIMH 2021 – Live to the World（ライブワールド：世界へライブ配信）
WAIMH 2021 – Live in Brisbane（ライブブリスベン：ブリズベンでのライブ）
WAIMH 2021 – On-demand（オンデマンド配信：視聴したいときに）
WAIMH2021の5日間のプログラムはライブで行われ、世界中の参加者は、そのさまざまなライブ・セッションを見たり、それに参加したりすることができるように計画されています。ライブなプログラム全体において、世界の隅々からの参加者をつなぐために、ネットワーキングやコーヒー・チャット、その他のアクティビティなどの様々な機会も用意しています。
The Scientific Program for WAIMH 2021 will consist of all current accepted presentations. The only difference, is how the program will be offered, to ensure that WAIMH 2021 Hybrid will be a truly global Congress, with full participation in multiple time zones.
The Scientific Program for WAIMH 2021 will be broken down into three (3) opportunities;
The WAIMH 2021 five day program will be presented live and has been designed to allow participants from all around the world access to view and participate in a variety of live sessions. Throughout the live program, there will also be various opportunities for networking, coffee chats and other activities to unite the participants of WAIMH from all corners of the world.

WAIMH 2021 – Live to the World

世界へのライブ配信では、以下の発表演題をライブ双方向性形式で、Virtual Congress Platform across を通じて、WAIMH Congress, 22 – 26 June 2021の5日間の開催期間中配信します。

WAIMH 2021 – Live in Brisbane

ブリスベンでのライブプログラムでは、オーストラリア・ブリスベンのBrisbane Convention & Exhibition Centreに本人が出席している参加者を対象としています。このプログラムは 基調講演、マスタークラス、招待シンポジウム、最先端講義といったライブワールドのプログラムの内容と合わせて、二国（オーストラリアとニュージーランド）に焦点化したセッションとともに配信されます。
The live in Brisbane program is designed for attendees who will be participating in person at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, in Brisbane, Australia. This program has been designed to include a mixture of content from the Live to the World program through live keynotes, masterclasses, invited symposia and state of the art lectures, interspersed with sessions with a Bi-National (Australia and New Zealand) focus.
WAIMH 2021 – On-demand

WAIMH 2021 オンデマンド配信では、全ての参加者を対象に、WAIMH大会プログラムの内容の200時間を超えるアクセスを24時間－7日間（時間の制限なく）、6か月間提供します。以下の形式で受理された発表は、事前録画発表により発表され、WAIMHオンデマンド配信の中で視聴可能になります。
WAIMH 2021 On-demand will provide all registered attendees 24/7 access to over 200 hours of WAIMH Congress program content for six (6) months. Presentations accepted for the below presentation types, will be presented via a pre-recorded video presentation and will be available as part of WAIMH 2021 on-demand;

Presenter Instructions
受理された発表者全員（抄録を提出した人）に、包括的な手順と、大会前に作成する発表映像に関する提案をE-mailで送っています。
発表者には、プレゼンテーションのガイドラインと厳密な提出期限が提示されています。
発表に関する連絡を受け取っていない場合、または質問がある場合は、program@waimh2021.orgまでご連絡ください。
All current accepted presenters have now been sent via email (to the person who submitted the abstract) comprehensive instructions and suggestions for creating their pre-recorded presentation.
Presenters have been provided with presentation guidelines and strict submission deadlines.

How will registration fees work?
WAIMH2021はオンラインと対面による登録の機会を設けています。
・対面でおこなう登録の参加費は、オーストラリア・ブリスベンのBrisbane Convention & Exhibition CentreでのWAIMH2021参加者に適用されます。
・オンライン登録の参加費は、WAIMH2021オンラインでの参加者にのみ適用されます。
現在、両方の登録がオンラインを通して可能です。
WAIMH 2021 will offer both virtual and in person registration opportunities.
・The live in person registration rate is applicable for those attending WAIMH 2021 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre in Brisbane, Australia.
・The virtual registration rate is applicable for those attending WAIMH 2021 on-line only.
Both registration categories are now available via the online registration form.

What if I am already registered?
WAIMH 2021はハイブリッド形式となっており、海外からの参加者は直接参加できない場合がありますので、仮想（オンライン）登録をご希望される場合があることを承知しています。
現在WAIMH大会に登録されている海外からの参加者には、2021年2月にeメールでご連絡し、登録、バーチャル登録、払い戻しに関するオプションをご案内します。登録された参加者には、登録に利用可能な3つのオプションの中から選択することができます。
現在のWAIMH登録に関する2021年2月のメール連絡にご注意ください。
In light of WAIMH 2021 now being hybrid format, we understand that international attendees may not be able to attend in person, therefore may wish to switch to a virtual registration.
All international attendees with a current WAIMH Congress registration will be contacted via email in February 2021 and provided options relating to registration, virtual registration and refunds. Registered delegates will be provided a selection of 3 options available for their registration.
Please keep an eye out for your email communication in February 2021 regarding your current WAIMH registration.
